This is not the problem you think it is. I visit all kinds of .gov sites. Over 20 years now. I read alot. Big deal.
Meh. They monitor all web traffic and have full detailed analysis of every person already. They know more about you than you or your mother. Gov sites do contain occasional useful facts, cia country fact sheets are one I’ve used. They likely don’t Monotor them any more than anywhere else, and likely here is orders of magnitude more watched.
Privacy in the modern era is nearly gone, very very few in very remote and secluded locations have any sort of privacy. If you have a computer, cell phone or anything else yours is already toast. If you have friends or relatives who do, it’s equally gone. If you want private communication, do it in person, without electronics or use pigeons to carry messages.
There are important levels to this surveillance apparatus to understand. Being blunt, bulk data collection presents several hurdles, chief among them being sorting said data. There's some AI systems that are used to sort, but for plenty of reasons the AI sorting isn't that useful. Fortunately, for now, just having all of the data doesn't exactly translate to making use of the bulk data in a meaningful capacity.
There needs to be a person or people sorting through bulk data. If you don't stand out, there isn't a whole lot to worry about. There's loads of retarded people out there who warrant much closer monitoring than someone like most here, who just can't stand the normie junkies with short memories around them and choose to find other outlets that have people whose ideas more closely align with their own.
You should be behind at minimum one noon-logging VPN, and it wouldn't hurt to have a second hop in there as well.
What dns server are you using?
