Are you on FB? FB leveraged the right way can still be helpful. I will be homeschooling so I’m only in groups out of curiosity and to offer advice, but there are a lot of local groups I am in on FB fighting local battles like you’re talking about.
If you don’t know where to look (they’re having to get really sneaky with the private group titles), the first think I’d suggest is to join some local health, freedom, or “crunchy mom group” and ask around in there. Someone should be able to point you to the local activist group(s) whether on or off FB.
Either way, you’re going to need to find your local freedom fighters and work with them. You’ll be more effective as you can leverage what others are already pushing for. Good luck!

Send the kid to school without a mask and a note to the teacher basically explaining "my kid will not be wearing a mask" This places the decision with you, not your child who can then be disciplined and forced in to a mask.
DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. Save a copy of the note, video tape interactions, take dated notes and be prepared for them to send your kid home.
Contact an attorney who specializes in this sort of thing and file suit. Be prepared to homeschool or send them to a private school.

If surgeons can wear masks for hours long surgeries, if Army personnel can wear MOPP4 and sustain combat operations your child can wear a thin cloth and get an education. When I was in the Ranger Regiment a common workout was a last man up run in pro-mask and nobody fell over dead. Grow up, follow the rules or homeschool.

If it is optional under state law, go to the school board and explain your point of view. Do not stop being persistent until you speak in an open school board meeting.
