Wife got the memo today Nov 1st is her requirement date. She is dead set she's quitting and I don't blame her. She hates this hospital anyways worse then the niggers in VA. In what ways can she fuck them considering she has a note book with pages of wrong doings, malpractice, favoritism and a bunch of 0ther shit

Get a religious exemption or make them fire her in writing. Don't quit.

I second this. She should be fired for refusal to take the jab and certainly don't quit.

Have her drag this out as long as possible and they will eventually tell her to stay home while an investigation takes place. After weeks or months of this, they will likely let her go for refusing to take the jab. This will be in writing and can be used at a later date for wrongful termination if the legal system allows for it. She will also get unemployment which will help when she looks for another job or whatever.

Though I remember her saying something on the lines of unemployment in CO won't help u if your fired for denial of fauci ouch. I'm waiting for her to come home at 730. We have much to discuss and I will update. Lucky her contract ends this year so only a month of no pay for her but that's ok we will gladly suffer for God and America

That's all fear based stuff, if the job requirements changed such as requiring to be experimented on then a new contract needs to be formed in which case you'd ask for 1000 times your normal pay to even be in the same environment while still denying participation in the experiment. I've straight up quit jobs because big bosses told me to shut up and that's enough to merit a hostile work environment in the eyes of the government and I still qualified. If any element of their approach makes it hostile just write it down and report but they will ask for a " what was the last straw" in the report. Don't lie but be oddly specific

Repeat after me: "I have a deeply held religious belief that I am not to take the experimental Covid genetic modification." You do NOT need to elaborate to your employer.

If you want to elaborate to your employment law attorney (NOT) your employer, a few follow-ons off the top of my head are:

...it's the Mark of the Beast.

...I am forbidden from joining pagan religious cults, which my religion identifies the Covid cult as. The experimental genetic modification is a mark of membership in that religion, like a rosary, yamaka, praying towards Mecca, etc.

...it's made using murdered babies, and my religion prohibits me from benefitting from child murder.

...I was made in God's image and am not to engage in artificial genetic modification of that image.

And so on. Covid is a religious cult. Religious people have a plethora of reasons to refuse to join it for the same reason that they'd refuse a discriminatory employer demand to wear a yamaka and go to the synagogue every Saturday.

I will definitely pass that on to her. She wants to burn them bad through the law

Check the status of covid vaccines when they fire her, as long as they aren't FDA approved there's a possible legal flaw, military personnel are allowed to refuse it as long as it's not FDA approved, it's a federal law https://poal.co/s/News/414095/aca37174-eb44-4fa4-a9fa-dab135f6a218 and don't quit, get fired

So if they fire her for refusing to take a vaccine that isn't FDA approved, they might very well be committing suicide, legally speaking

I'm not a lawyer btw, so again double check what I'm saying and check the vax FDA status

What’s the religious exemption?

If they fire her in writing wouldn’t she not be eligible for unemployment?

No. If she quits then she is not eligible. They review every case at the unemployment office.

You’re eligible after a 3 month penalty regardless of your departure circumstances.
