Wife got the memo today Nov 1st is her requirement date. She is dead set she's quitting and I don't blame her. She hates this hospital anyways worse then the niggers in VA. In what ways can she fuck them considering she has a note book with pages of wrong doings, malpractice, favoritism and a bunch of 0ther shit

Get a religious exemption or make them fire her in writing. Don't quit.

I second this. She should be fired for refusal to take the jab and certainly don't quit.

Have her drag this out as long as possible and they will eventually tell her to stay home while an investigation takes place. After weeks or months of this, they will likely let her go for refusing to take the jab. This will be in writing and can be used at a later date for wrongful termination if the legal system allows for it. She will also get unemployment which will help when she looks for another job or whatever.

Though I remember her saying something on the lines of unemployment in CO won't help u if your fired for denial of fauci ouch. I'm waiting for her to come home at 730. We have much to discuss and I will update. Lucky her contract ends this year so only a month of no pay for her but that's ok we will gladly suffer for God and America

That's all fear based stuff, if the job requirements changed such as requiring to be experimented on then a new contract needs to be formed in which case you'd ask for 1000 times your normal pay to even be in the same environment while still denying participation in the experiment. I've straight up quit jobs because big bosses told me to shut up and that's enough to merit a hostile work environment in the eyes of the government and I still qualified. If any element of their approach makes it hostile just write it down and report but they will ask for a " what was the last straw" in the report. Don't lie but be oddly specific

Repeat after me: "I have a deeply held religious belief that I am not to take the experimental Covid genetic modification." You do NOT need to elaborate to your employer.

If you want to elaborate to your employment law attorney (NOT) your employer, a few follow-ons off the top of my head are:

...it's the Mark of the Beast.

...I am forbidden from joining pagan religious cults, which my religion identifies the Covid cult as. The experimental genetic modification is a mark of membership in that religion, like a rosary, yamaka, praying towards Mecca, etc.

...it's made using murdered babies, and my religion prohibits me from benefitting from child murder.

...I was made in God's image and am not to engage in artificial genetic modification of that image.

And so on. Covid is a religious cult. Religious people have a plethora of reasons to refuse to join it for the same reason that they'd refuse a discriminatory employer demand to wear a yamaka and go to the synagogue every Saturday.

I will definitely pass that on to her. She wants to burn them bad through the law

Check the status of covid vaccines when they fire her, as long as they aren't FDA approved there's a possible legal flaw, military personnel are allowed to refuse it as long as it's not FDA approved, it's a federal law https://poal.co/s/News/414095/aca37174-eb44-4fa4-a9fa-dab135f6a218 and don't quit, get fired

So if they fire her for refusing to take a vaccine that isn't FDA approved, they might very well be committing suicide, legally speaking

I'm not a lawyer btw, so again double check what I'm saying and check the vax FDA status

What’s the religious exemption?

[–] 0 pt

If they fire her in writing wouldn’t she not be eligible for unemployment?

No. If she quits then she is not eligible. They review every case at the unemployment office.

You’re eligible after a 3 month penalty regardless of your departure circumstances.

The correct response is "I have a deeply held religious belief that I am not to receive the Covid vaccine. Also, discriminating against employees on religious grounds is unlawful. Your move employer."

Do not quit. Make them fire her, collect bank, retire.

Make them fire her and then sue. Fight like hell.

I have seen several lawyers and medical professionals offer to do pro-bono work and offer expert testimony for when these cases inevitably start to happen. Equally, start planning out your warchest and get your soundbite/meme messaging on point. +100 million Americans stand behind you with their financial support and much more. But you have to carry the message to them if you want to benefit from it.

There is power in numbers. If any of her co-workers feel the same then they need to team up and go through this process together.

"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has." ~Margaret Mead

Don't have her quite, force them to fire her. My understanding is they need to give her a religious exemption, force them to deny that right to her.

Google Robert Barnes religious exemption forms, he posted them online on one of his social media things. I think on Rubens Locals.com platform or something.

Remember, everything is a negotiation. Always play your chess pieces thinking a few moves ahead and force your enemy to make the choice they are not going to like.

This isn't a choice between vaccine / no vaccine. Vaccines that are well tested work.

This is a choice between becoming a genetic therapy testing guinea pig / not being a genetic therapy guinea pig.

This frame is THE MOST IMPORTANT way to frame every conversation. NEVER EVER USE THE ENEMIES LANGUAGE. Never use vaccine. If someone says did you get the vaccine, you respond with something like "I don't want to be a guinea pig for a gene therapy that is dangerous and completely untested".

Always move the frame to where you want it. Your wife should handle every conversation this way. She can just take the position that she has no problem with traditional vaccines (and is probably vaccinated already) but she cannot allow her self to become a guinea pig for a dangerous gene therapy drug.

Ok mgtow guy. Try it, it will fail.

They can only fire so many people at the same time.

[–] 1 pt

they know most took it or faked taking it. they arent that dumb. they got the records...

[–] 0 pt

Yep, they know. But they also know a lot of people are prideful and will quit before getting fired. Which means less lawsuits to deal with.

[–] 2 pts

Report that shit now. Once you're a whistleblower the company can't fire you without being able to prove in court that it wasn't to punish you or shut you up. If they can't prove it the law generally assumes they're guilty.

Got the memo today i need to tell HR my status by Sept 15th... So i can see the writing on the wall... Military deadline is the 15th... FDA is coming by then and then it will be mandatory. Funny is im remote, and I guarantee that, or the fact ive 'had' covid which makes a '''vaccine''' pointless isnt going to matter; its about compliance.

Good in there. Find something esle somewhere esle. Hearing Montana a good place to run to no requirements. Funny cause the health system she works for requires Vax in 2 of 3 states. Although, ACB of Supreme Court just allowed IU to mandate vacs.

Prepare to quit.

[–] 0 pt

Noone like that yet. Hope soon though. I like the video thank you

[–] 1 pt

Wife is in the same spot... Do not quit! Make them fire her. Huge difference assuming laws mean anything anymore

[–] 1 pt

Don't worry the support saying stick it out and get fired is a sure thing. We will stand strong and brace for the onslaught but we plan to be mobile and ready to find new jobs come Dec. I already got plans to get my welding inspector license aft Christmas sp we might travel for the classes then get back to work and schooling

[–] 1 pt

Do not quit. Also, do not bring attention to yourself beforehand - let them come to her about it first. If it's a sufficiently large hospital she might slip through the cracks - alternatively, you could blame their incompetence for the "documentation" you provided weeks ago if they ask. Drag it out as long as you can.

She needs to be getting evidence of the things in said notebook, and report them as a whistleblower. Sitting on said information is making her complicit to said shit.

Dude tell me about it. I'm hr away from Utah we feel the effects of Denver politics. Even the hippies in Boulder voted for Trump. These young liberal fucks are destroying everything. We run them out of the surrounding areas with guns. Still have bad politicians out here but they are gone soon enough come election time outta here
