Most likely AI and AI controlled systems/robots. AI solutions have existed for decades, but until fairly recently no hardware could do the math required. Now GPUs have the hundreds of hardware math units needed to do some of the AI solutions like neural nets. AI is just getting started and is in its infancy, but there will be new solutions and new hardware that will provide better breakthroughs in the future.
This assumes the world economy doesn't collapse and WW3 doesn't start, resulting in a MadMax world.
