Considering it is an emergency order, no state can legally enforce it. Lawyer up.
Sadly, I think Oregon may be the only one. But Kate Brownshirt makes up for the difference. She's literally a dictator.
Unfortunately pretty sure it's "no". It's being viewed the same as a Uniform requirement - e.g. dont want to wear the uniform at McDonalds you cant work there. Same idea.
Dont expect unemployment benefits for getting fired for not getting it either
Yeah, I haven't found anything except exemptions, but those all come with caveats that the employer can make your life very tough if you use an exemption.
Are side effects covered by their worker's comp policy? Can they provide you with the policy so you can call their insurance company to check?
Pretty sure HIPAA (which is federal) doesn't allow employers to inquire about your medical history and asking about a "vaccine" would fall under that.
Nope. HIPAA has en exclusion for employers to gather "necessary" medical information.
They are allowed to ask. Do you think there’s a law that forbids someone, anyone, from asking you a question about your health?
They aren’t stealing your information, they are asking you. HIPAA was meant for medical care workers and medical facilities and medical insurance and anyone working within or around those areas.
When you walk into a grocery store, they are allowed to ask you if you’re vaccinated. Your neighbor can talk about your hemorrhoids. Your sister is allowed to talk about your heart condition with other people. Your mother-in-law is allowed to talk about your medical conditions behind your back. Anyone is able to tell anyone else about whatever they want to with regards to your health information. You could sue them if you could prove damages.
It has been driving me nuts for months that people keep a scribing magical powers to HIPPA that don’t exist.
Want to avoid the Clot Shot if at all possible.
It's possible, but you're most likely going to have to work for yourself.
So I take it Texas is a no go too?
No. The first vax employer mandate was Baptist health in TX, AFAIK.
I thought it was the Huston Methodist hospital. Maybe there is more than one denomination dictating the jab.
Fun fact Methodists have trans priests and sermons. You can even watch the cross dressers hosting mass on the internet if you’re feeling left out. Also a global migration sponsorship organization helping to bring niggers to your countryside for generations.

Christian Science. While the church officially allows the vax the actual law against religious discrimination is for "deeply held religious beliefs" you simply need to argue that some of the leaders of your church are not as devout as they should be. You, as a devout Christian Scientist, believe that vaxes, particularly those using aborted human fetal tissue, are an abomination and an offense against God.
