Man, I suffered so much from this... You know, nicotine is a hell of a stimulant. Also caffeine. Stop putting the fucking coffin nails between your llips Reduce the amount of cofee you drink daily. It will take time, but your body will slowly adapt to a life with sleeping time. Don't exercise at night (unless it's with , you know what I mean). Also, avoid the internet, screens, anything agitated after 9 pm. Read a book or practice meditation. Or you can ask a doctor to give you mind fuck pills.
