Since I started meditation and traing myself to go different durations I look forward to not being able to sleep. I don't look at sleep as sleep time any more. I look at it as meditation and sleep time.

Less sleep means I get to actually think about things. Doing 2 minute meditations multiple times a day and a 15 every now again means being alone with your thoughts is no longer hell. The best part is you don't even need to keep it up. The ability to enjoy time thinking will stick with you for when you need it.
