I bought Quercetin back in early April 2020 and cleaned out my local sams club from zinc supplements before they put restrictions on it. I haven't had even a hint of a cold for over a year and I usually get one every fall.
Quercetin is an ionophore just like HCQ and a good substitute for HCQ.
Green tea is also an effective zinc ionophore.
Real tonic water is also made from quinine.
Schweppes and Canada Dry have either Quinine or HCQ.
I usually drink a glass of this with my daily zinc tablet.
"Diet" tonic water is usually not actual tonic water, with no quinine content.
