The vet I go to has ivermectin on the shelf. Used for livestock.
The equine variant is what most are using, like BiMectin or similar. Just IVM in a carrier gel with no other ingredients.

Yes. A drug is a drug is a drug. If it has the same name, it's the same drug, usually even made in the same factory on the same line. That's why so many preppers buy fish antibiotics. It's literally the same pill (you can look up the physical description of the pill on drugs.com and see that it is the same.)
Thanks. I was worried that the drug might not be exactly the same, or there may be other additives for animals that aren't ok for humans.
