Yes and no. I would pay 10% more for the liability issue. I would pay 10% more for the callout issue(women call out 4 times more than men and have several low productive days a month). I would pay 10% more for the baseline mental and physical capability of white men over women or blacks. I would pay 7% more because I'm racist and sexist.
