All land has a natural water source in the air. Condensation units can draw gallons out of even desert air each day. Even window air conditioners can do some of this.
An old colleague of mine had a hunting cabin with a natural brook on the land. Apparently he made a diy water turbine and ran electrical in a shallow pipe to the brook. Not only did he have an easy source of water, but an easy source of electricity. He would take the diy turbine out of the brook when he wasn't there. After a few conversations I realized that land with running water was very important. I'd rather not rely on electricity to run a well or to collect marginally drinkable condensation.
