I was looking at doing Electrical engineering, the course is 4 years and is comprised only of Engineering units related to electronics, they don't let you do electives (random courses not related), so there is about 28 electrical engineering courses I do. It is accredited but I want to know if that matters or not.

If you live in USA and it is not ABET-accredited that may be a bad sign.
