"Offer is conditioned upon proof of COVID-19 vaccination"

Is this legal? To get a job offer and make this a condition?

correct, there are people that are allergic to some medicines and one of my buddies cant get it yet, as his doctor says he isn't well enough to get the vaxxine yet ( he is a very obese sick person)

So what recourse do I have? Lawyer up? Are there any fields that are allowed to ask for proof of vaccination?

According to my counsel, it is 100% legal for them to ask. OEEO and OSHA are all in on this, so they're saying it isn't discriminatory and is the correct way to provide a "safe" working environment, so more and more employers are going this route.

Your options are pretty limited. You can tell them that you won't be vaccinated and cite a religious or medical reason. As it's hard to prove the medical, religious may be your best bet. There are documents over at Gab that may help your case. After this, you would ask if there are accommodations they can make for you.

However, they may well say "nope. Vax or nothing".

Either way, you would likely not want to work at a place that requires it for employment.

If you believe their rquest is immoral then it's not immoral to show them fake papers.

If you have a computer and a printer, you have a proof of getting the death jab.

Someone should make a website where it automatically populates a blank vaccine card with a current vaccine lot number and relevant info

I got the jab in a past life.

There's a database now..

Use real lot numbers from actual cards posted on the internet.

"choose" another job or comply. Most likely an "at will" state, so they can tell you fuck off for no reason.

why would you want to work for these faggots? its just a mild warning of all the major faggotry ahead if you take the offer. think of it as a test of your weak malleable character. they want staff that roll over and beg when told

Unless you're wealthy and have great lawyers, you won't win. Pass, find a based employer. It's tough, but they're out there.
