For something as specifically nuanced as medicinal drugs of the anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-parasitic type: yes. Yes it does. It very much so does. You don't use amoxicillin to cure a fever caused by 3rd degree burns. Go spout your kikery elsewhere.
