Shattered femur that hurts every day and will hurt every day until I’m dead. Destroyed my back. Recovered well enough that I can maintain a good level of fitness. Broke my right hand - hurts every day. Arches are shot. Have a blood clotting disorder and need to take what amounts to blood thinners every day but I still get clots. There is a filter but it’s covered in clots. I have cancer.
Oh, and a collapsed lung. And then another one two years later.
