My state just brought back masks and my job wants me to wear one again. i said i couldn't because of a disability and they couldn't ask about it because of the americans with disabilities act. thing is, i can't back that up if push comes to shove. is there anyway this can backfire on me and how sever could it be?

No but it's another thing you can bitch about the employer having to do. They don't really know that the masks are working without one. (They aren't)
