Good healthcare and company attitude (no vaccine peddling and no masks if you dont want it). Great equipment too, my CEL comes on and my boss usually knows about it before I do and has already set up time in the shop for it. I am actually just wrapping up one month of paid leave due to having my first kid, I was approved for 12 weeks but I want to get back on the road You have to have the right attitude to handle the bullshit on the road though. It's not a joyride through the country. Theres assholes and bullshit everywhere and it's only worse when you weigh 100,000lbs.
