Nah some are fake as shit. Like "gay dudes are really clean" etc. A dude w/ an asshole like an open leaf filled trashbag flapping in the breeze aint clean.

That one makes sense, imo. I always understood it as "gay dudes look nicer and more well kept" which by womans standards means gay dudes spend a bunch of time on their hair and the way they look, like women do. Definitely dirty dirty dirty std infested, but outward appearance is typically more well kept than an actual man.
