Warm saltwater is fantastic for clearing your throat. Iodine is beneficial to your immune system, but in order for your body to absorb it more efficiently you'd need to also take magnesium, zinc, and selenium.
I gargle hydrogen peroxide. I've tried lots of sore throat treatments and this works well and doesn't taste as bad as some of the others.
This works. https://betadine.com/sore-throat/
You can go to a doctor and deny the test. I had to go recently and said "I'm not interested in COVID, I'm here for ___." No problems. He doc only asked if I wanted a test 2 times during the visit and otherwise focused on what I wanted from him. If you get a pay doctor you can remind them the CDC admitted that the tests can't tell the difference between COVID and flu.
You can also try K Health to grab some antibiotics if you feel you need them, probably. I haven't tried myself but I've heard good things.
Interesting, I had not heard of K Health.
Classic strep therapies include honey, ginger, and garlic products. They all have antiseptic properties.
Sorry, no idea about iodine.
I have liquid iodine though you also want liquid zinc to bond with it as zinc is an immune booster. Also buy tonic water with quinine in it and drink a couple a day when sick it helps.
Another miracle supplement is NAC
As for the specifically strep the users talking about rinsing with warm salt water often are correct.and eat honey (the real honey that’s expensive and natural—most store brand honey is cut with syrup)
What's your dose of NAC?
If its bad enough ill gargle vinigar.
