The most important thing you can do is talk with other co-workers about your concerns. Even of they are personally in support of the Vaxx, they might be willing to side with you over a forced shot. And when/if you get notification in writing that you'll be disciplined or fired for not getting a shot, look into your options for legal representation. Waiting won't help your situation, and something as simple as a letter from your attorney might be enough to stop them or slow it down.
