I have some dried goods (flour, wheat berries, beans, etc.) that need to be packaged into mylar + o2 eaters. Is there a way to bring the products to an optimal state that they might not be in (from sitting around in original packaging). I'm thinking removing excess moisture, killing bugs/bacteria/mold that might have accumulated since purchase. I see no indication of any spoilage, just wanted to do it out of precaution.

The O2 absorbers will keep the excess moisture out. I dry garden goods but don’t skesys have enough for a batch at one time. I’ll put them in a mason jar with an absorber to keep the moisture out until I’m ready to put them in seal bags.
