You could vacuum seal with one of those food savers. I use a vacuum sealer for freezing products and it works really well.
I do have some dry goods vacuum sealed, but for the most I keep dry goods in large mason jars. I started doing that after I got pantry moths once. Haven't had a problem since.
For the things on mason jars, there is an adapter for the food saver that will vacuum seal the lids on the jar (don't need ring). It is great, but i'm having trouble finding 64oz jars these days.
I use my food sealer extensively for dry goods. I buy in bulk and repackage fit in meal size packages. We have a terrible problem here with pantry moths and weevils. The food sealer has eliminated that problem.
