Edit: Part of why I don't like gas is because of constant gas leaks at my house when I was a little kid. My mom had the gas company out to my house multiple times and finally had the line cut altogether

Yeah propane oven burns differently, my RV has a 3 burner propane oven and we use it and have to modify cooking times on everything when we use it.
