Make it a website, first and foremost. AOU's right, it *might* make it onto the store but once the jews catch on it'll be taken down fast. With the website approach, look into progressive web apps as an alternative to a regular app. Make sure the backend services, databases, etc can be migrated easily. For example if you start out using AWS, don't use Amazon-specific managed services so that when they inevitably ban you you can start up somewhere else quickly. Good luck with your app idea
