It's a classic example of how to use a literal truth to mislead.

It was never claimed it was widespread, only a few corrupt, large counties in a few swing states manipulated the results enough to change the entire state. It was very targeted and very efficient fraud, like the people doing it have lots of experience.

Yes. The qualifier 'widespread' makes the statement technically true, but totally misleading.
