only in important states, only after they kicked people out as well (i think) and it was only the higher-ups. so basically they did valid votes (while fudging these when they could), figured out what they needed to change the outcome and said "this large and very blue city hasn't been counted yet" and then the adjustment comes. There were pure biden batches as well, and the numbers given to press had negative movements for trump. an unautiable election will always be stolen, and can never be trusted.
