Cristian Castro is a Mexican singer, but he is famous in Chile and elsewhere. So I saw some people here talk more than one time about the band Tool, so Cristian has a giant tattoo on his back of the Tool symbol, that looks like a dick, its visible in the videoclip Azul, spanish for Blue.

I had thought it was some kind of demonic pact he had made, until I found out he was a Tool fan, but he created a metal band called La Esfinge (The Sphinx), so I don't doubt he made some kind of pact anyway.

Also some songs are based, are a variation, or a sligthly modified or plagiarism from animes, and I discovered it myself :

So my take on all this is, close but no cheese... It could be he's taking some cues and hints, but mathematically there's only so many combinations of the 12 western tones that sound pleasant anyway. So naturally you will find overlap and parallels as people find the same consistent patterns again and again throughout time.

Besides, the best piece of advice an old salt once gave me was "steal like an artist".

Stealing like an artist is not copying, oh no no. But sometimes it is possible to be inspired by something so much that you want to build on it, tear it apart, remix it, reimagine it.
