Just about to my waist. Only cutting I did in the time was snipping off split ends here and there. May hair grows very slowly (sometimes I'm convinced it's not growing), so you will probably reach that point much sooner.

Getting past my shoulders now, but its getting kinda annoying and growing outwards too much

Yeah, there are a few awkward stages when growing it out. They pass. Tie it back or wear a hat. Just have to wait it out, really.

Last time I did a big cut was to my shoulders when I was ~16. I hated it short and it felt so uncomfortable. I've basically had mine to my waist my whole life. It hits the top of my thigh now.
