Most sci-fi authors. Fondly remembering their books I go to re-read them, mostly due to how nothing coming out now is free of jewery, only to realized just how pozed most of them were.
I'm a huge military scifi fan.
But the only mil Sci fo authors that go mainstream are subversive spreaders.
Look at the feminist bs in David webers work.
John Ringo was king of this genre then he wrote black tide series. Sigh.
Anyway. The last bastion of decent mil scfi is galaxies edge by Jason anspach.
Pure scifi has been shit for decades. Publishers cull writers who aren't neo liberal cucks

I had such high hopes for self-publication. Sad how they mostly killed it. Except for a few die-hards of course.

Mary sue ultra-captain, crew-cut, very tall and muscular, expert beyond expert martial artist, with a telepathic cat. WTF. And somehow an almost-rape victim. Sorta.
And muh females just as good at leadership as men. Women just as willing to risk their lives in service...
But no reality to base this fantasy upon. Where are these women historically david?
He doesn't even believe his own propaganda that women are equal to men because virtually all villains are male.
And of course the irony is that David is the talented bread earner while his wife achieved nothing except giving birth.
However I can read HH. I just narrate the story with HH as a male
Dan Simmons hates Muslims. Illium and Flashback are good.
The Dragon Never Sleeps by Glen Cook is one of the best sci fi novels I have ever read. Just dropping a reading suggestion.....
Appreciate it.
Arthur C Clarke, massive pedo.
Read "The Mote In God's Eye" it's co-written by Niven IIRC who was one of the greatest world builders/creature crafters (everything he dreams up is always cohesive, mot just at a societal level but an evolutionary/fundemental one). Anyway, it makes libshit heads explode because it's about a Christian space navy containing a race of aliens who seem real nice and sympathetic but who reproduce far too fast and would utterly destroy the galaxy if they were allowed to leave their bubble.
That was a great book. There was a sequel, The Gripping Hand. Took em 25 years to write it. I tried three times to get interested in it..
