Buy it at any farm supply store that sells vet supplies. Buy it on Amazon or eBay. One brand name is Duramectin. Dosing is per your weight, same as dogs or horses. One tube is good for 1250 pounds, so a person weighing 200 pounds would have approx. 6 doses in a tube.
Perfectly safe, but do your own research.
"Initially used in veterinary medicine, it soon was found to be safe and effective in humans. It has been used successfully to treat onchocerciasis and lymphatic filariasis in millions of people worldwide as part of a global drug donation program. About 3.7 billion doses of ivermectin have been distributed in mass drug administration campaigns globally over the past 30 years. Presently, ivermectin is approved for use in humans in several countries to treat onchocerciasis, lymphatic filariasis, strongyloidiasis, and scabies."

Thank you good info i'm mainly looking for a human version preferably from a pharmacy something that i could persuade older family members with and not weird them out.
Two minutes of searching produced this: https://www.pushhealth.com/drugs/ivermectin
I'm sharing, not necessarily recommending.
Thank you.
Go to a doctor and ask for a prescription.
If he won't give you one, keep trying until you find one.
I believe there are internet doctors who will write a 'script for a fee, and maybe mail them to you as well.
If you dig, you will find what you want.
You don't need a RX for Ivermectin
