I work at a hospital. 27.4% of the staff (over 400 people) have refused the jab, including me. I've visited my elderly, obese, 40+ year smoker, mother at least once a week for the past few years. She is still alive, I believe my hugs give her the strength to keep going. I've been an alcoholic for the past 21 months. I work, I go home to my apartment, I drink whiskey until I fall asleep at 4am, I wake up, I go to work, repeat. I have no money saved. I have no debts.

Do not quit - make them fire you.

Lay under the radar as long as you can, and when they start asking you, it depends what country you live in. If you live in the US, you just need to get your hands on a CDC card and get some plausible batch numbers. Voila, you're vaccinated.

Elsewhere? Muddy the waters, stall and otherwise ask legitimate questions. Ask them to provide, in writing, studies that prove the overall benefit on it stopping coronavirus in its tracks (Hint: There is none).

Save every possible cent you can from now on until the moment that they fire you - that will be your "shit hits the fan" fund. Ideally that will keep your head above water until you get another job.
