Yeah, I thought the same thing and didn't realize they went back so far. I don't really recall seeing any before then, but I guess this proves they've been around.
Personally, the wife and I thought they were nuts when we saw them - LOL. Our girls were free range kids. We would've never gone this far ... it's stupid.
