I work with one who is a female to male. Doesnt want to be labeled as a female but still uses the womens restroom. But changed her name to max which i joke about. Is it short for maxine or maxipad? Also heres the real kivker. You want to be a man, well you have to experience jokes like that. Not get mad and go to human resources over a joke. Do i laugh? No. But i never address as sir. I just say thanks and keep convos short. At the end of the day she does her job and mostly well. Im hoping she realizes at some point she wants to stay a woman.

I’ve tried to explain this over the years to a few women. You want me to treat you like I treat other men? Fine, I treat them like shit unless they are a close friend. Then I treat them worse. They get so pissed lol.
