6.4 powerstroke. She’s tuned up a tad, thus even though I recently changed the filter she finds herself in a george floyd state. Any recommendations from you ne’er-do-wells?

You have to follow your intuition. You have to dig down deep, put your dick in the muffler, and ask yourself if you really want it.

This is the only answer.

This is the only answer to the only answer.

Fuck. I was afraid of that... what if the muffler is “misplaced”

Duct tape a vaccuum hose to the intake and run it into the cabin. Then you get free road head every time you drive. I think this also solves your new intake question.

You, sir, are a faggot and a kike. I thank you for your most useful input.

You have a shit tune. Go full delete 650+hp on a stock airbox. Straight 5" pipe out the back. A muffler is optional

Full delete: check Straight 5: check Muffler: n/a Mini maxx tune: check

Fuel pressure?

I’ve done some work on her. She’s not getting enough air is the problem. I say this because she’s pulling the air filter gauge in every week.

Your MAF is the biggest restriction. Make sure your intake tube ain't torn. Then we can talk about a new intake plennum. If you have a torn intake tube you could be getting unmetered air.

Honestly that will probably fix your issue, carry on.

Real talk, if your intake hose is torn(entirely possible since its rubber) then air will bypass the mass air flow sensor (MAF) This will trick the computer into thinking the car is getting less air because it's not being picked up by the sensor. Ya dig?

I can dig it. Thing is, she's pulling the filter service guage in. The MAF and hose are fine, just too much resistance from the stock filter.

Does it use diesel?

Get a cold air intake they aren't super expensive. Or go full snorkel if you want it to be disaster capable. I'd go snorkel but it's up to you.

Snorkel would be fun, but I was researching the former, previously. Any diy or brand recommendations?

It's literally a metal pipe bent to where works well in your car. I'm sure there are different setups from different companies for each vehicle. No one solution is best. If you can do basic matelworking you can make one yourself depending on how handy you are with a welding torch

As a white man, why can't you get your fuel-air mixture right?

I play with rocks more than machines, I thought a “mild” tune would avoid the necessity of other upgrades for a bit. It did, but that bit is over

Just get an upgraded oiled filter. CAIs are a waste of money and if its a cone without a box it will heat soak and lag ass anyway.
