Take extra Vitamin D and Vitmain C, maybe zinc and iodine also. A multivitamin wouldn't hurt either. Get an organic, natural vitamin, not the synthetic shit. I have to import an American brand because the range in my country is so bad.

Just eat whole foods. Grass fed red meat and fat. Never eat processed food. Don't over cook. Ever.
