I'd be all for it.

I finally asked my boss for a raise and got it. After watching us raise all my subordinates pay; I simply said with the current market, I don't feel my salary is competitive anymore. There wasn't even any pushback.

Maybe it's time for top execs and CEOs to scale back pay.

If the ceo makes terrible decisions and pissed off both customers and employees, they get a golden parachute package of millions to gtfo. If I fuck some shit up royally I would have to actually deal with the consequences.

Not really true if you're not white. I have seen countless shitskins and curry munchers fuck shit up royally and have nothing done to them simply because they are in the in crowd
