I finally asked my boss for a raise and got it. After watching us raise all my subordinates pay; I simply said with the current market, I don't feel my salary is competitive anymore. There wasn't even any pushback.

Maybe it's time for top execs and CEOs to scale back pay.

He's projecting likely because he tried to start a retarded business in an area with too much competition or too small of a customer base within our shitty rigged system; just let him drone on, he'll tire soon enough.
