I haven't worn a mask since this whole shitshow started. Latest I've heard is they're requiring masks once employees enter the building until they get to their desks and then you can take your masks off. Apparently covid in the office is like it is in restaurants. Once you sit down, it can no longer affect you. Anyway, it's a big company and I doubt anything I say is going to make the slightest bit of difference in the policy or the requirement. When I don't wear a mask and there is a confrontation, I want to just say 'no' and have that be the end of it, but I know that won't happen. Ideally I'd have a conversation, point out all the fallacies and have them realize that masks are bullshit, but there likely won't be time to point it out and those that I would point it out to will probably be sheep who will tune me out labeling me a conspiracy nut.

Are there any good pithy responses that I can use to refute the face diaper narrative, not have to wear a mask and hopefully keep my job in the process?

Edit: Even though I love working from home, in a weird way I'm looking forward to being back in the office. I haven't been indoctrinated by the msm and I've been loading up with redpills for the last year and a half. They're going to wish they left me at home.

Remember tact must be exercised by you, not them. They are most likely retarded like everyone else.

This right here- there’s no debating idiots/retards. You can present the most damning science behind it, and they’ll shrug because they too can’t fight the system as it currently stands, even if they partially agree with you. Your best bet is to work hours with employees who feel the same way and everyone “complies” with it sitting under their chins or totally removed on third shift while no one is supervising.

The real joke is most companies have re-tasked their safety officers with covid polices and are completely ignoring major safety issues on site that would likely wind them up with OSHA audits and fines. But- it’s not breaking the law until someone says it’s breaking the law, right?! Holy hell I want to whistle blow so badly right now… probably happening this year- I just need to build the case because the law breaking is on every damned level where I am. But we’re masked up and do temp scans and biweekly covid PCR tests!! So we’re good, right?!

just dont comply, do say anything. just walk in. OR
wear a mask, start walking in and "pass out" for lack of oxygen. when they help you up tell everyone the doctor said you were not supposed to wear restricting masks your O2 levels are low, and that this has happened a few times before.

This. A potential workplace injury lawsuit will really rustle their jimmies. Especially if it's aggravating a condition.

"Have you ever tried to catch mosquitos with a chain-link fence?"

"Have you ever tried to catch mosquitos with a chain-link fence?"

The version I heard was, "It's like trying to swat flies with a tennis racket." I like yours better.

Lol it's a hoot to most I say it to.

Similar to my version: It's like using a chain link fence as a roof and expecting it to keep the rain out.

HONK HONK! Wear a clown mask, of course.

Oooh. I do like this. It's not a face diaper and, at a glance, everyone will get a small taste of what I think about the requirement.

point out that a properly fitted N95 mask filters down to 300 microns and that a virus is 15 microns. Tell them the mask is a virtue signaling charade.

this strategy has worked zero times. You think these people care about facts/reason/logic?

Don't quit do not resign.

Refuse to wear the mask. If they ask why clearly state their is no science behind it and you just do not want to. If they bring up covid say you would be willing to wear a mask if you get all the medical information on your coworkers and anyone visiting your work location. You want to know about every communicable disease they have and want a way to identify them specifically people with aids.

They are asking this of you basically

If they fire you pursue your dream job while collecting unemployment

Cut a leg of pantyhose off and wear that as a mask. Fishnets are probably gonna get you in trouble.

but fishnets are so damn sexy. lol

Consider it a negotiation on work place ethics. This is a new stipulation and so doubtful it is in your contract. If they expect this behavior then that opens up the possibility of negotiation on what you expect of them in return for what they expect of you. So decide what you want and what it is worth to you to come to an agreement on the new work place ethics.

When my workplace mandated masks and social distancing I quit and did something else that didn't require things I am uncomfortable with but i understand not everyone has options like that

You front up and refuse to wear a mask, and accept they might sack you; or you suck it up, wear the mask and get your paycheck. Many of the comments are good. But I can't see anyone listening to reason. I mean, you could try printing out all the research that says its foolishness and does nothing, but I dont honestly think they would look at, read it, or care. I guess if a few people do indeed refuse it will help; try to see if others will join you. Put up signs, put up facts in the lunch room, have it on your desk--it would all have to be mainstream research, but there is plenty. Try convert as many as possible to your cause. Man, it will be hard, but Ive seen other people do similar things in the past and win, with workplace rules. But seriously, consider the repercussions of losing your job. Sometimes its the war, not the battle. Proving a point in the short term might not be the best choice for you personally...depends on your situation.

I am facing the same thing.
