You're welcome. 22 hours later and it still notes a "major outage" without an update on the status page. However, the site is functional and now includes a banner stating:
"Your userhashes have been rotated due to a security incident. Log into your account and go to "Manage Account" to find your new userhash. More information will be available soon."
It appears it wasn't a normal outage and the site was instead taken down to handle that security issue -whatever it entailed- and to prevent it from becoming worse.
I'll just keep an eye on their progress with the issue and only note again if something of concern is raised.
