The actual 'stuff' from the vaccine will be long gone by the time the blood is donated. The blood will have the antibodies that where stimulated by the vaccine, but the physical vaccine will have been scrubbed via the liver, the kidneys, and spleen.
Usually they give plasma not whole blood. People donate their blood and it's sold off in parts. Cuchs pat themselves on the back for letting the jews sell their blood.

Opposing view - if you're conscious, will you be given an option of tainted vs. non-tainted blood? I donate occasionally and lately one of the questions is 'have you ever gotten the Covid jab?' Since they know which donations are or are not tainted, can you specify??
If we are to take the explanation of the vaccine at face value, then the answer is "not really," since the S spikes bind to ACE2 receptors.
Sure, some may make it, but it would be miniscule.
Unfortunately, skeptics don't have a lot of opportunity to test vaccines and the manufacturers haven't exactly been honest about everything.

Until we can start seeing what's in them, the debate will continue.
Tell them you are a Jehovah's Witness and refuse to take blood transfusions. Luckily they have been doing this for years so doctors at this point have strategies to operate with no blood. There are even special surgery centers for Jehovah's Witnesses.
I believe some refuse to take vaccinated blood.
