Yeah, move over or slow down is law in my state. Plus, some sneaky cops will dothat shit behind a broken down vehicle to look like theyre already busy.

Where I'm from sometimes the state troopers just line up the cars at an onramp and pull over everyone speeding.

This infuriates me to no end. Just like when people see a cop they go 5 under, or match the cop's slower-than-speed-limit speed. Every time I can, i just go around them at a normal speed and pass the cop.
I got really frustrated and just laid on my horn last week at a guy who was going ~5 under in the left lane b/c there was a cop in the next lane. Eventually he got over and i proceed. cop didn't do anything.

Civilized people aren't looking to break rules/laws just for the sake of breaking them. Which is all "getting by" with some speeding would be. For safety reasons its reasonable to slow down a bit when you see an emergency vehicle. It could be a routine traffic stop or there could be something going on which is dangerous for the police/med or even for the person driving by in the case where a criminal decidedes to suddenly flee.
