Yeah, move over or slow down is law in my state. Plus, some sneaky cops will dothat shit behind a broken down vehicle to look like theyre already busy.

Where I'm from sometimes the state troopers just line up the cars at an onramp and pull over everyone speeding.

This infuriates me to no end. Just like when people see a cop they go 5 under, or match the cop's slower-than-speed-limit speed. Every time I can, i just go around them at a normal speed and pass the cop.
I got really frustrated and just laid on my horn last week at a guy who was going ~5 under in the left lane b/c there was a cop in the next lane. Eventually he got over and i proceed. cop didn't do anything. (and then i won $20 and everyone clapped)

I had a ten minute lead on him, so I decided I could cruise about 90 - 95 in a 70. About an hour later he caught up to me and pulled me over. When I mentioned my 10 minute lead he told me he had to drive really fast to catch up to me.
