I'm not sure if digestion translate to genetic inscription, but for the sake of the theoretical let's say that it does. What are the chances of GIGAVAXXED FOOD! Starting at some (((Fast food))) chain like (((chik-fil-A))).

If the DNA and RNA you ate was able to be incorporated into your own cells, then everything you've ever eaten would have altered your own DNA. It just doesn't work the way you are insinuating.

Actually, it kind of does. Not in the way you think, though. Food is a drug (especially sugar). Your diet can impact cell transcription, activating certain genetic issues and turning others off ("anti-aging foods, for example). This is over time, of course. And it may activate cancer or some other disease or inflammation in your body. The real defects are passed on to your children and the grandchildren will see the final form.

Baby boomers were the first generation with easy access to processed foods, dyes, and weird additives at a young age - many before they started having children. Their grandchildren are "kids today", and they have waaaaay more developmental issues than previous generations.

Everything that happens to your body - food, the air you breathe, your activity level, stress, the water you drink - it all affects the genes you pass on. You won't notice it, but your grandkids and beyond will.

I would refer to the studies done on native Americans and the stress they experienced during the trail of tears era and the complications being found in successive generations that is believed to be caused by the stress on the ancestors. Here's just one link if interested: https://tpcjournal.nbcc.org/examining-the-theory-of-historical-trauma-among-native-americans/

Epigenetics or transgenerational trauma. I had to look it up to find those names. I also believe you are correct that diet is a significant factor in this.

Thank you for the link. We were taught this in PHYS 101 in college. You'd think all of the nursing students in my college would have remembered this but . . . the nurses I know are just excited to be banking checks and having job security.

Oh I understand it's a giant stretch. Which is why the qualifier;

The "I'm not sure" was just there because while I do "know" it doesn't work, I'm not studied on the topic so I didn't want to proclaim as such.

You don't need to be well studied on the topic because it is plain to see that people are not changing into chickens or corn from eating it. You don't have tomato DNA in your cells from eating salads.

Sure. But (((GMO)))s do have deleterious effects on health. So...
