is still a cool thing to say and I wish I could one day say something similar.
Cool from your own point of view, cool in the sense that you imagine people are going to be impressed by who you are. Why? Because they wouldn't be without that? Fame? You want to be able to rub your achievement in everybody else's nose in case they start to pose as a threat to your judgement? It's not only going to attract good intents and good sentiments.
And who are you going to impress in the end, who's going to admire you? People you don't give much of a fuck about mostly. Your parents, your relatives? Is that even required for them to love you? Maybe it is, what do I know.
Anyways, I wish you to get there, at least, you'll be able to ask yourself "and what now?"
My ambition isn't to become rich and famous. As a matter of fact the famous part is bothering me quite a bit. I want best of both worlds; Rich and anonymous.
That's what I want. I don't want the moneymaking machine to be directly connected to my identity, while still being able to use the money. And of course it has to be legal. And it's difficult because these days pretty much every money making legal activity leads right back at you with a little bit of research. How can I properly tell muhammad tyrone and shlomo to go fuck themselves that way and make a living out of it on top of that? I can't... Except, if I find a way to remain anonymous. As the saying goes, you can't shoot at what you can't see. Anonymity is paramount, because, why would I want to advertise myself as a target?
Yes, it may attract gold diggers and envious people. It will also make any existing friendships more complicated, because no doubt they'll start looking at you in a different manner. But it will also open up opportunities, give you influence over culture, find people to work and collaborate with.
And I believe one can learn to differentiate these two kinds of people. If necessary hire an expert to train you in bodylanguage, so you can better tell what people actually think about you and whom to trust.
at least, you'll be able to ask yourself "and what now?"
Work on the next project, to acquire even more fame and an even bigger sense of accomplishment.
If you acquire "fuck you money" and then quit your job (because it gives you no sense of pride), and absolutely no one knows you, will you not ask yourself "what now"?
Live in an empty mansion, invest in bitcoin, and play videogames 24/7?
Let's say I want to shitpost in a professional way, to be very offensive to very insecure but powerful and dangerous people
Attack them where it hurts their pride/feefees the most, I want them to get so mad they start to riot and call for murder left and right because cartoons
Those people have a soft spot, the trigger is so big
You are aspiring to become the next Stonetoss? I can admire that.
