Depends on where you live. I don't shoot alone so if someone decided to come brandish while my brother and I were practicing, they'd get shot if they refused to stop brandishing.

If he decided to leave, I'd call the cops.

I called them after he left. I am hoarse from screaming at him.

Brandishing is at least a misdemeanor in most states.
