I've been having an issue with more than one program crashing at once that I assumed was a RAM issue, but somebody told me there was some issue with Microsoft pushing Windows 11 bullshit to Windows 10 and it's been causing issues. Anyone else experience this?

Check Event Viewer and see what's causing the crash.
