I got 30 5 gallon food grade buckets full of dried beans, rice, and powdered milk. All sealed with 02 and moisture absorbers. Im workin on pasta n such now. Got a freezer full of Bacon! Not sure how to store it long term.

You need to learn how to rotate your stock. You should be eating out of your dried goods and constantly replacing them.

They're all labeled and dated. Actually inside the buckets are individually sealed quart sized bags with the same setup. Thats why I stopped with beans n rice. Theres only 2 of us.

I think jerky can last 6 months to a year. If you have a dehydrator I think you can make your bacon into jerky.
