I'd vote for FDA gives final approval for Moderna in Pfizer by the end of the summer in record time. Several states like OR, CA, and NY make it mandatory for everything with passport. Booster (third shot) is released in November and becomes part of the mandatory set. Flu deaths continue with no real change from last winter to this winter despite large percentage with the shot. Democrat controlled states go back into full lockdown. It's all blamed on those who didn't get the shot.
