But in all seriousness don't use dragons breath on negros. It wont kill them and they're already burnt looking.

I know it looks bad ass and will definately wound, but I seriously don't know it's kill factor.

Its probably really dependent on clothing, id imagine it doesn't penetrate enough to kill but it could probably light someone on fire if they are wearing polyester or something. Either way it would be incredibly painful and probably terrifying at the same time.
