I won't have a position on whether the landings are real or not until a lunar probe sends back detailed modern photos of the gear left over there.

Assume they only were in the capsule for 3 or maybe 4 days tops or whatever ... how? I am sure there were scrubbers for the co2 ... I guess it might be possible, submarines are under water for months at a time, but I assume they can extract oxygen from water. Not sure.
The other problem that I don't understand is how did they shit if they were on the mission for 3 or 4 days? You can't shit in a diaper for 3 days straight, it has to be changed. Ever been to a space museum and seen the the return capsules? Watch the take of capsule from the surface of the moon, look at how much space there is in that thing, which had to rendez vouz with an orbiting return vehicle ... how did they take off their space suits and take a shit?
I would be perfectly happy to read about all of the logistics, but some obvious questions need to be addressed.

You don't need the nitrogen. Pure oxygen at 3 psi will infuse you with as much oxygen at 14.5 psi when the concentration is only 21%. Look up partial pressure.
